My experience with Route 44 Toyota vas been very positive! I negotiated what I believe to be a very good deal on my 2024 Grand Highlander purchase but more that I’ve had great service on my service calls as well! They have gone beyond call of duty and I would recommend them in a big way.

Edgar Morales, who sold me my 2025 Corolla Cross helped me find the car of my dreams. He was both personal and professional and very patient with my multiple questions. I also had a very positive experience with your financial rep by the name of Bobby Ryan. He explained every detail of my financial plan with the utmost respect and patience. I have contacted them both since my purchase; first regarding details about the features of my car, as well as navigating a financial plan that worked best for me. They both got back to me in a timely manner with the information I needed. It is customer service like I have received from these two gentlemen that promotes confidence in making purchasing decisions that can be quite daunting. Kudos to both Edgar and Bobby! I have been a 10 year customer of Toyota Rte 44. I bought my 2nd RAV4 about a month ago. I’ve received great customer service from all aspects of the dealership. Alex was an excellent sales person, always going above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Bobby Ryan was very helpful in the finance department, again going above and beyond to get my car ready. I have never had any issues with service. I’ve always brought my RAV4 ‘s there for maintenance & oil changes etc. They always have kept me updated with everything regardless if I have dropped it off or have waited . I would definitely recommend them and do business with them again.

Started the process using SmartPath, ended up finding the exact model color and options I was looking for and it took me up Route 44. When I got there the process was a breeze, worked with Roger Allen and Jim in finance, both great to work with. They didn’t really need to “sell” me anything, I knew what I wanted. Great dealership to work with.

I LOVED my Nissan Altima, until my transmission was going. I contacted Terry and Marlon to discuss the option for buying a used car. Well, I walked away with a brand new Hybrid Toyota Camry 2025, (In my price range). I was anxious about getting something new, but their experience and expertise, definitely put me at ease. I had an amazing experience with everyone I encountered that day. From sales to finance departments. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle.

EDIT: The sales manager, Kris, & the salesman Roger were superhero’s fixing this situation for me. I was able to get into an affordable car, had full transparency from beginning to end with them and the finance team ( Bobby) . This was a much better experience overall. I will never lease from this dealership again. The customer service is horrible, the leasing process was miserable, the lack of communication is horrid. The salesman was rude and unprofessional after he made his sale while my car was unregistered for almost 2 weeks. They pushed me into purchasing GAP insurance when I had my own with my own insurance which thus made my lease unaffordable for a college student. Beware of this dealership. NEVER AGAIN!
